An atrocious sot is reported from Nice. Some miscreants tampered with the rails, and the train ran oil the line, causing the death of tho driver and stoker, and injuries to the guard and several passengers. Statistics go to show that suicides are more frequent in hot weather fhan during a lower temperature.
