MR S. P. ANDREWS.

To the Editor of the Globe. Sib,—There is one most important question that Mr Andrews thought fit to burke at his first meeting, which I asked him through the medium of your columns on the afternoon of that day, as follows: " Sir,—As business engagements will prevent my being present this evening at Mr Andrews' meeting, I shall esteem it a favour if you will allow me, through the medium of your columns, to ask him if it is true that he voted for the 10 per cent, reduction, and also for the higher sum to bo paid to members of the Assembly by way of honorarium. If bo, perhaps he will bo able to reconcile thia seeming contradiction." I believe, when Mr Andrews commenced speaking, he referred to the letter, saying he should deal with that quostion in its proper order, which, however, he carefully " remembered to forget" to do. I ask the electors of Ohristohurch North to remember this at the poll to morrow. Yours, &c, A NORTH OHRISTOHURCH ELECTOR. Christohuroh, Bth Deoember, 1881.
