Adelaide wheat, ox store, has declined Is, and is quoted to-day at 56s ; New Zealand wheat remains at 52s 6d. The total quantity of wheat afloat for Groat Britain is 2,-100,000 quarters. Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 425; Australian tallow—best beef, 395; best mutton, 41s Gd. Wool SalesAt tho wool sales to-day, 8200 bales wore offered, making a total of 29,900 bales catalogued since tho opening. An active demand was experienced for all descriptions. Signs of Improvement-

At a meeting of the Reichstag to-day Prince Bismarck made a statement in which ho alluded to the situation of tho Government in view of tho result of tho elections. Tho Chancellor announced that, in case of the failure of the projects which he would lay before Parliament, he would resign the conduct of home affairs, entrusting the same to the Vice-Presi-dent of the Council, while bo would himself alone retain control of tho foreign affairs of tho Empire.
