To Fbbshen a Black Lack Babbb.—ln a half toacupf ul of hot water put one teaspoonful of the m»gioal mixture; brush the dust from the lace and place on a olean towel, dip a small opongo in the wator and squeeze partly dry, and then gently and slowly sponge both sides of the barbe without getting it very wet; fold in the towel about twenty minutes, and then place between thin, tissue-like brown pivper ; put it on a woollen blanket and press with a half oold iron ; or you may preon between the leaves of very largo books and place heavy woights on them.
