AQUATIC.
CANTERBURY ROWING CLUB. The Maiden Fours, for a prize valuo £B, will bo rowed this dey, over a two mile course, and will be confined to members who have never won a club race. The following crews will compete : First Heat—R. Hart (bow), E. Milton, E. Edgar, W. Lake (stroke, against A. Monntfort (bow), C. Inglis, H. Wagstaff, A. Lkscs (stroke). Pinal Heat—J. Anderson (bow), J. P, Wright, H. Wansey, W. De Castro (stroke), against the winners of the first heat. The Senior Double Sculls, for Mr Toovey’s cup, will also be pulled, the course being a mile and a half. First Heat—-E. M. Boulton, L. M. Cllivier (stroke), against J. F. Grierson, John Hay (stroke). Second Heat—R. E. McDougall, C. B. Dobsou (stroke), against J. R. Evans, J. O. Jones (stroke). Tbe crews far both events are very evenly matched, and the racing should bo very good.
