Sendell, one of the assistant secretarys of the Local Government Board, is appointed Lieutenant-Governor of Natal. Sir Evelyn Wood, the present Governor of the Colony, will return to England at the end of December. BERLIN, November 15. The French Ambassadors. Count do Saint Villiar, the French Ambassador to Germany, has resigned bis post. ST. PETERSBURG, November 15. General Chan/.y, Ambassador of Franco to the Russian Court, baa resigned, and will shortly return to Paris.
