PARLIAMENTARY REPRESENTATION IN ENGLAND.

The “Pall Mall Gazette” says that tho list of towns unrepresented in Parliament contained in the newly published Parliamentary papers affords a conclusive argument in favor of a redistribution of seats. The following is a list of the larger urban sanitary districts which at present return no members to the House of Commons :
