EXTRACT FROM AGREEMENT. I HEREBY agree to build and entirely complete the NEW HALE, according to the plana and specifications prepared by Messrs Jacobsen Bros., and to band it over to Messrs H. E, May and Co. by the 4th day of March ji'ext, or to forfeit and allow to be deducted from my last payment three pounds per day for each and every day I may be obliged to take over that time.
