Neil Lloyd, ropo manufacturer, a colonist of twenty-five years standing, died suddenly this morning. INVEROABGULL, Ootober 27. Political. For tho Hokonui election at Lumeden, Peter Finn proclaimed himself an out and out Greyite. Ha received a unanimous vote of confidence notwithstanding. A largo number were conveyed by apecial train via tho Waimea railway to Mr Driver's meeting at Gore. There were over a hundred present. Messrs Cowan and Driver at Gore both received votes of confidence, but very few, however, held up their hands at Mr Cowan's meeting.
