[REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.] LONDON, October 19. Land League Manifesto. A manifesto which was issued yesterday by the Land League, was signed Messrs Parnell, Davitt and others. Tho document, in exhorting the tenants to refuse to pay their rent, states that those who may be evicted for so acting will he supported by American money, and need not fear starvation.
