The Penguin sailed this afternoon with the Southern San Francisco mail. AMERICAN SHIPPING. The barqne Touqnoy sailed from New York on August 29th for Dnnedin and Lyttelton. Cargo: For Dnnedin, 2600 cases kerosene; for Lyttelton, 1650 cases. —The barqne Gwendoline sailed on August 30th for Oamaru and Auckland. Cargo : For Oamarn, 1200 cases kerosene; for Auokland, 2500 cases.—Vessels loading— At New York, Santiago, for Dnnedin and Lyttelton, will probably clear on October Bth ; at Boston, B. Webster, for Dnnedin and Weilington, clears October Ist; Samuel H. Nickerson, for Dnnedin and Wellington, clears October Ist. Freights are in favor of supply; going rates to Dnnedin and Lyttelton, 25 cents, per cubic foot in quantities.
