[eeutke’s TELESEAMS.] LONDON, October 14. Mr Parnell’s Arrest. It has transpired that the warrant nnder which Mr Parnell was arrested charged him with intimidating the people to prevent their utilising the Land Act on paying thoir rents. Since Mr Parnell’s arrest, several meetings of the Land League have been held in Ireland, at which defiant speeches were made by the prominent loaders. Considerable excitement has been caused throughout the country by the action of the Executive, and the feeling is extending.
