The new Czar leads a very eioiple life, according to an American caper. He rises early andibreakfasts with his family, anrl then pats on his boiler-ircn overccat and takes a walk in the baok yard. An American girl in Columbus has married a Chinaman for love, rind while she swings in a hammock and reads novels, he djfs the washing and cooking and keeps the fly traps up to business. There may be olhtr worlds than CL.'i, as astronomers claim, but we don't beiieve- that any of 'em can beat the gymnastics pcrfcrured by our folks when the bead rope of a hammock decides to let go.
