SYDNEY, October 12. Official Changes* It has transpired that his Honor Mr Justice Hargreave, Primary Judge in Equity, has resigned his seat on the Bench. It is expected that Sir George Innes, Minister of Justice, will be his successor. Dr. Renwick, M.LA. for East Sydney, has been appointed Secretary for Mines, vice the Hon. E. A. Baker, who resigned the portfolio in August last.
