The report was received and adopted.— The finance committee reported the receipts of the past fortnight as £ll6 16s ; expenditure, £ll7 9a 7d; credit balance at Bank, £220 Is 9d. The appointment of a valuer for the assessment of rateable property in the borough was then considered, and on the motion of Cr.
