Pasture land abounds, and there exists very large tracts of valuable timber country. Neither the Company’s nor the Government Engineers have met with any engineering difficulties along the entire line of railway, and in no case does the grade exceed 1 in 50. Shareholders of the Company will have advantages in selecting and pnrohasing either township or suburban sites from land received from Government over those not so interested.
