Withdrawal of TroopsThe “ Times ” to-day publishes a paragraph stating that it has received information to the effect that the Indian Government has decided to withdraw the troops now stationed in Chaman and Khojuk Pass, in Southern Afghanistan, and that it is further intended to largely reduce the garrison at Qnettah, but that the troops in the Pisheen Valley will be retained there for the present. ATHENS, October 15. Th« Unsp«aTiable Turk. Intelligence has been received that, despite the transfer of territory in Thessaly to Greece, a difficulty has arisen on the frontier. The Turks are obstructing the occupation of the territory by the Greeks, and it is apprehended that soma fresh trouble may arise. CONSTANTINOPLE, October 3.
