KIITBLEY V HAIIES3LBV. In this case his Honor made the order as prayed, there being no appearance of defendants. leases and sales of settled estates act AND EE PETITION OF HENET CAIN. In this case Mr Button applied that costs of orders of Court be paid out of funds in the hands of the Registrar. His Honor made the order. EE IT”. B. EANEINB AND J E. CLEMENT. On the application of Mr Button, his Honor appointed Mr W. B. Hankins and Joseph Richard Clement as perpetual Commissioners for taking the acknowledgments of married women. PEANCK V STEAD AND OTHHEB. By consent, Mr Harper was appointed solicitor for plaintiff, in place of C. W, Cutten. WILLIS V VINCENT. In this matter a special case was fixed to be settled according to the terms of the Judge’s notes. IN BANCO. JOSEPH V BBLSEATE AND OTHEE3. This was an argument on demurrer to plaintiff’s declaration. Mr Harper, with him Mr Bruges, for defendant, and in support of demurrer. Mr Garrick, with him Mr Holmes, contra. After argument his Honor took time to consider, and the Court rose.
