Roustan, tho French President at Tunis, had urged his Government to depose tho Bey, and occupy Tunis, is now fully denied. Anglo-French Commercial Treaty. Sir Charles Dilko, under Secretary for Foreign Affairs, is now in Paris, where he is conferring with M. Tirad, Minister of Commerce, in regard to Anglo-French commercial relations. WASHINGTON, September 5. The President. President Garfield having sufficiently recovered to he moved, has been conveyed to Long Branch, and arrived there safely to-day.
