[reuter’s telegrams.] LONDON, September 3. The Markets. Oonsols remain at 99. New Zealand securities are unchanged. The breadstuffs market to-day shows no change in prices for Adelaide and Now Zealand wheat or flour. Wool SalesAt the wool sales to-day 9300 hales were offered, making a total of 101,700 catalogued since the opening of tho series. A good demand was experienced for the various lots offered. The Dotterell Inquiry. The final report of the inquiry into the Dotterell explosion acquits all on board of complicity, and states that tho primary cause of the disaster was an explosion in the bunkers. WASHINGTON, September 3. Still ImprovingThe President’s condition having materially improved, his physicians are now considering tho possibility of removing him to his home in Ohio, and thus give him the benefit of change of air, NEW YORK, September 3. Horrible Massacre. Intelligence has been received from Now Mexico of a terrible massacre by the Indians in that territory. A party of United States soldiers, under General Carr, was attacked in groat force by the Indians, who completely overwhelmed their victims and massacred the whole detachment. The total number killed was 118, including General Carr and 117 officers and men.
