CONSTANTINOPLE, August 31. Dismissed. Mutessarif Pasha (sic), Governor of Bayazid, in Armenia, has been dismissed by the Sultan for notorious corruption in the administration of the government of the district. Rebellious Feeling in Albania. Intelligence is to hand from Prossend showing that the rebellious feeling which manifested itself amongst the Albanian tribes some time back is reviving, and fears are entertained that a fresh insurrection may break out.
