New Zealand Five Per Cent. 1889 Loan has declined to 102]-, and tho Four and a-Half Per Cent. 1879-1904 Loan to 99.]-. The Five Per Cent. 10-40 Loan is unchanged. Adelaide and New Zealand breadstuffs remain at yesterday’s quotations. CALCUTTA, August 27. Ayoub Khan’s Army. Telegrams are to hand from Candahar reporting that Ayoub Khan is now dividing his troops and sending money and arms to Herat, with tho object of obtaining farther reinforcements.
