OHEISTOHUEOH, Saturday, August 37.
DeUNKBNNESS. —For a first offence, amsn was fined 5s or twenty-four hours’ imprisonment—A woman, who had been sent to gaol for medical treatment, was brought up, and, being pronounced recovered, was discharged. Labokmt. —Kate Birmingham was charged with stealing three Cardigan jackets, value £1 7 1 6d, the property of Walker, Smith and Co., from their shop, at Sydenham, on July 9th.—The police stated that the prisoner was connected with other persons who were under arrest for stealing the same goods. —The Bench remanded prisoner till Tuesday next, when the others are to be brought up. Assault.—William John Wilson, charged with indecent assault, was remanded till Wednesday nest.
