CHRISTCHURCH. Friday, August 26. SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS. [Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 11 a.m. BE PETITION OF M. A. RHODES. Mr Travers appeared herein for an order under the Leases and Sales of Settled Estates Act, vesting a general power of leasing in the trustees of the will of George Rhodes. The order would be as prayed, costs of both sides to be paid out of the estate, EE JAMES PALLANT, A DEBTOR.
