Adelaide, ex warehouse, is quoted at 53s ; New Zealand, ex ship, 52s Gd; Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, has advanced to 3Ss 6d. Now Zoaland securities are unchanged. Australian tallow, best beef, per cwt. 34s Gd; best mutton, 30s Gd. Large withdrawals of gold aro being made for North America; the snmof £205,000 was taken from tho Bank of England. August IS. Tfheat Ship Ashore. The barque Barunga, 1630 tons, which left Port Pirio, South Australia, for London, on April 3rd, wont ashore on the coast near Calais yesterday. Part of her cargo of wheat was thrown overboard, and she then floated off. Tho damage is said not to bo eorioii3. The Obstructionist In tho House of Commons to-day, after two days' debate, a motion introduced by Mr Parnell, censuring the Government for the manner in which the Irish Coercion Act has been administered, was rejected hy a considerable majority. In the courso of tho debate, Mr Forster, Secretary for Ireland, and Mr Gladstone definitely stated their refusal to agree to the demand of Mr Parnell, that suspected persons who were now in custody in Ireland should bo immediately released. ADEN, August 18. The Dangers of the Deep. Intelligence is to hand from Mauritius reporting that the ship England's Glory, which left London on May 7th for Nelson, has put into Port Louis for repairs, and to re-stow her cargo, part of which had to be thrown overboard at sea. NEW YORK, August 17. The "Wheat Crop. The report of the Bureau of Agriculture issued to-day states that the returns of the yield of tho spring wheat crop show a serious deficiency as compared with last year.
