[PESSS ASSOOIATTOIT TELEGBAII.] WELLINGTON, August 18. The following are the vital statistics for July :
The totul births in the above boroughs amounted to 433, sgair st 446 in June, beirg a decrease of 13. Tho deaths amounted to 164 in July, a decrease of 7 on the number for June. Of the above deaths, males contributed 90, females 74; 70 of the deaths were of children under five years of age, being 55.36 per cent, of the whole number; 40 of these were of children under ono year o£ age.
