[eeutee’p telegeams.] LONDON, August 16. The Irish Land Bill. In tho House of Lords to-day tho Irish Land Bill was again brought np for further consideration of tho amendments made by tho House of Commons at its last sitting. Tho various modifications woro discussed at some length, but tho Bill was finally agreed to without further alteration, and duly passed through Committee. In the course of tho debate, the Marquis of Salisbury expressed himself satisfied with tho final changes made in the measure by the House of Commons, but ho added that he held that House answerable for tho results which might arise from the carrying out of the provisions of the Bill.
