The damage to the English wheat crops, by excessive rain, has been fully confirmed by further reports. It is expected that tho yield this season will bo below tho average. Telegrams also are to hand from Franco reporting that a deficiency is expected in the wheat crops of that country. Australian tallow is unchanged; best beef, per ewt,, 34s 6d ; best mutton, 36s fid.
