Taiaroa arrived on Saturday at 6.30 p.m., and left at 9.30 with the outgoing mails for the San Francisco steamer. A report was being circulated in Port on Saturday that Borne tidings of the whereabouts of the schooner Bea had come to hand to the effect that the vessel was snugly at anchor in one of the bays along the coast. The vessel, it will be remembered, left here a month since for Havelock, and has not arrived there. The report above referred to was unfortunately a canard, at least neither the owners of the vessel nor the relatives of the master or of the crew had any information of her arrival in any part of the coast up to last evening.
