It is expected that tho Lords will ho obstinate in insisting upon their amendments. PARIS, August 10. Political. M, Jules Ferry, President of the Council of Ministers, made a speech to-day to tho electors of Nancy, in the course of which he warmly denounced the action of tho Irreconcileablos in France. CONSTANTINOPLE, August 10. The Unspeakable TurkThe Earl of Dnfferin, the British Ambassador to the Porte, is urging the Sultan to initiate the necessary reforms in Armenia, It is understood that his Majesty is obstinate, and that Lord Dnfferin consequently is bringing pressure to bear, with a view to gain his end.
NEW YORK, August IG, When Rogues Fall Out, &c. Reports from Chicago regarding the Irish Revolution Convention now meeting there, state that considerable discord has already manifested itself among the agitators, between whom there has been great wrangling on the subject of finance.
