[eeutbe's telegrams.] MELBOURNE, August 9. Prorogation of Parliament. The Victorian Parliament was adjourned to-day to September 30th. SYDNEY, August 9. SmallpoxTwo fresh cases of smallpox have been reported to-day from Croydon, about five miles to the west of the city. The Board of Health have not yet decided whether the patients, two children named Wyndrom, shall be moved to the quarantine station, or left under the care of their parents.
