[bbuter's telegbams.] LONDON, August 2. The Irish Land Bill. In the House of Lords to-day the Irish Land Bill was road a second time, after a brief debate. Justly Punished. The trial of the two men, McGrath and McKevitt, on a charge of attempting to destroy the Liverpool Town Hall on the 10 th June last, was concluded today. Both prisoners were found guilty. McGrath has been sentenced to penal servitude for life, and McKevitt to fifteen years' imprisonment.
