[bbuteb’s telbqeams.] SYDNEY, August 2. Small-pox. A fresh case of small-pox is reported to-day to the Health Board. Tho sufferer is a man named Parks, residing in the suburb of Alexandria. A hoy residing in Barker’s lane, in the city, is also believed to ho attacked, but the case is not yet authenticated. The Queen's StatuePrince Albert Victor of Wales will to-day lay tho foundation of a statue of the Queen, which is to he erected in an enclosure opposite St. James’ Church, in the city.
