Mails close at the Chief Post Office for the following places (subject to tho necessary alterations) as under : SATURDAY, JULY 30. For Northern Ports, per Hawea, at 7.30 p.m. Tho guard’s van must not be used for this moil. Not:ce.—The next mail for the United Kingdom, &c., via tian Francisco, will close on Saturday, August 13th. This mail will be duo ia London on September 27th. Note.—From Ist August tho Post-Office at Coalga to will be open for tho issue and payment of money orders. SYDNEY J. DICK, Chief Postmaster.
