Mails close at the Chief Post Office for the following places (subject to the necessary altera, tions) as under : SATURDAY, JULY 30. For Northern Ports, per Hawea, at 7.. -: !j p.m. The guard's van must not be used for this mail. Notice. —The next mail for the United Kingdom, &c, via Ban Francisoo, will close on Saturday, August 13th. This mail will be due in London on September 27th.1 Note.—From Ist August the Post-Office at Coalgate will be open for the issue and payment of money orders. SYDNEY J. DICK, Chief Postmaster.
