OIEISTOHUfiCH. Wednesday, July 27. [Before J. Nugent Wood, Esq., R M.] Drunkenness. —Elizabeth Lynch, for being drunk and disorderly, was fined 5s or twentyfour hours’ imprisonment with hard labour. Industrial School Children. The cases of Thos. Coleman, John Gilbert, and Henry Lewis, all in arrears with their payments for the maintenance of their children at the above institution, were ordered to stand over for a week.—Mrs Ohing Ohong made an application. She stated that a female child, named Anne Eerrick, had been left with her by its father some time ago, and she had n*-t seen him for a month. He had not left funds for its support ; it had not sufficient clothing, and applicant was not able to provide for it. His Worship committed the child to Burnham for seven years. Nuisances. —Chas. Wadey, having abated a nuisance the subject of a complaint heard at a previous sitting, was now fined 5s and costs.—Jesse Howroyd was ordered to drain stagnant water from off his property, in Oxford terrace East, within a week.
