After a bard struggle, in which some some good play was shown, Millton ran in and secured a touchdown, from which he kicked a goal. In the next spell the ball was again at the Raven's goal. Chapman ran in at the extreme end of the touch line, but it was too far away for a goal to be kicked from it. However, Hartland, who wag backing up well, managed to secure it, and ran in again. This try was also unsuccessful. During the rest of the game no further score was made. For the club the backs all played well, and also the forwards with a few excrptions.
