The Customs antics collected at Christchurch on Thursday, July 21st, wore as follows: Spirits, .£3l i 18a Sd; tobacco, £lO3 Gs 6d ; wine, £lO9 7s : sugar, £76 Ifis 8d ; tea, .£l3 16a Sd; goods by weight, £97 10s Cd ; ad valorem, £l3 14s. Total, £705 10s. At the usual sitting of tho Waste Lands Board, held at Christchurch on Jnly 21st, sales were made as follows :—Ashley, 148 alr ; Akaroa, 8a 3r 3p ; Ashburton, la Or 31p ; Waimate,l7a2r. Total acreage sold, 175 a2r 34p. Total cash received, £351 8s Gd. Refunds were made on account of former purchases in the ajaonnt of £220 7s.'
