The Irish Land BillIn the House of Commons to-day tho postponed clauses of the Irish Land Bill were passed through committee after debate, the Bill was reported to the House with amendments, and the third reading fixed for next sitting. The Irish Land CommissionIn the course of to-day’s sitting tho appointments of the Irish Land Commission were approved by the House of Commons without opposition. Sympathising with the Arabs Telegrams are to hand from Tunis announcing that numerous desertions are taking place from the Tunisian army, owing to the strong feeling among the troops of sympathy with tho rising of tho Arab tribes.
