OAMARU, July 16, The Water Supply. The water supply was used to-day for the first time on a large scale as a motive power. The trial was highly successful, the whole of the machinery in Messrs Anderson’s new flour mill being driven by a small engine. It is estimated that sufficient is avsdable to drive six similar mills.
