The Customs duties collected at Christchurch on Monday, July 11th, -were as follows :—Spirits, .£304 13s 3d; wine, £6 18s ; sugar, .£7O 4s 3d ; tea, £lO ss; goods by weight, £49 19s 9d; ad valorem, £1 13s. Total, £443 13s 3d. At the usual sitting of the Waste Lands Board, held at Christchurch on Monday, July 11th, the following sales were made:—Ordinary, Ashley, 47a lr 6p ; Selwyn, 65a lr 22p; Ashburton, 3a 3r Bp. Total acreage sold, 146 alr 36p. Total cash received, £292 19s. Befunds on account of former purchasers were made in the amount of £ll6 17a 9d.
