Selected transparent kauri gum is quoted at £lO 17s 6d po r ewt. Best sides of Australian loatho r find bnt little inquiry, and prices are j lower, viz,, 11 Jd. ATHENS, July 6. The Greek Army. Despatches have been received from the commander of tho Greek army at the frontier, stating that the Turks have evacuated tho town of Arta, and that ho has taken possession of that post, and also of Punta, on behalf of the Hellenic Government without opposition. The nows of the cession of Arta, and of tho withdrawal of the Turkish troops, has been received here with great public rejoicing.
