AGRICULTURAL STATISTICS.
A recent issue of the " Gazette " contains the complete agricultural statistics for the colony up till April. The following comparative table shows the estimated yield of the various crops for the years 1880-81: —
The acreage in turnips, rape, and other crops was 257,166 acres against 186,030. There were 1,042,862 bushels of oats remaining in hand from last year's crop, as well as 121,962 bushels of wheat.
