CHRISTCHURCH. Thursday, June 30. [Before J, Nugent Wood, Esq., 8.M., J. Ollivier, J. E. Parker, and R. Wostenra, Ecqs., J.P.'s.l Deunkknness.— John Wilson was fined ss. Sam. M. Horriok, who had been found in the commission of an act of indecency, was severely reprimanded and dismissed. Juvenile Oveendkeh. —The boys Harris and Hardie, who had been brought up yesterday for stealing zinc, were brought up for sentence. Harris, who had beep twelve months at Burnham, and had only just comout of gaol, whore he had been serving a term for a previous offence, whs sentenced to three months’ imprisonment with hard labour, In the case of the younger boy, Hardie, against whom there are recorded six convictions, the Magistrate said ho would remand him again for one week, to allow time for consideration of tho matter.
