WILD OF ELIZABETH TAVLOR, DECEASED. Mr Fereday applied for probate herein to John Frederick Wachsman as one of the executors named, reserving leave to the other to come in and prove. His Honor made the order, reserving leave to Ashton Wachsman to come in and prove. EE THEODORE ARNOLD. Mr Stringer applied herein for an order of discharge Hie Honor made an order discharging the debtor. JOHNSTON V M'ANCLTY. Mr Martin for Mr George Harper applied heroin for settlement of minutes of decree. His Honor made an order settling minutes of decree as proposed. BE WALTER ADAMS. In this case, Mr Martin for Mr George Harper applied under the Land Transfer Act for recovery of promises. The order required was that a summons should issue calling upon tho mortgagor to show cause why the mortgagee should not enter into possession of tho premises in default of payment of principal and interest. Hia Honor made an order nisi calling npon the mortgagor to show cause why possession should not bo had, returnable within fourteen days after service, or tho next Chamber day ensuing.
