MELBOURNE, June 28. The No-Confidence Motion. In the Legislative Assembly to-night the debate on the vote of want of confidence in the Ministry was resumed, and is still (10.30 p.m.) proceeding. ADELAIDE, June 28. Political. In the Legislative Council to-day the Hon. J. C. Bray, Premier of the new Ministry, made a statement in which he announced that a measure would be introduced for the reform of the Legislative Council. The Bill would provide for the adoption of the Norwegian scheme, in order to prevent deadlocks. He further stated that proposals would be submitted for imposing a property tax, and for the extension of railways in the colony.
