CONSTANTINOPLE, Juno 26. The Frontier Question. The evacntion has been commenced by the Turkish troops of tho town and district of Arta, in tho southern portion of Epirus, which is to bo ceded to Greece in accordance with the terms of the frontier settlement. The transfer of tho district will, it is expected, bo made shortly. LONDON, Juno 26. Raising in Senegambia Intelligence has been received that a rising has commenced among tho natives employed on tho plantations of Arc Kirwani, in Senegambia, [on tho West Coast of Africa. Some excesses have already been committed against the planters, and a general panic has consequently arisen among the European settlors in tho district, many of whom are leaving. Terrible Disaster in MexicoTelegrams are to hand reporting that a terrible disaster has occurred in Mexico. A train, conveying a largo number of passengers, was precipitated in the river Cuartila, and ove* two hundred persons wero drowned.
