The determination delays negotiations for a renewal of the AngloFrench commercial treaties, and public feeling against their renewal, without a reduction of French import duties, is increasing daily. ST. PETERSBURG, June 25. The Russian ArmyIt is currently reported in political circles hero that General Ignatieff, Minister of the Interior, will shortly propose that a considerable decrease should bo made in the militaiy forces of Russia. The reductions to bo proposed will, it is stated, allow of the saving of several millions of roubles in the army expenditure.
