Telegrams are to hand from Candahar announcing that since the defeats inflicted prior to the 7th inst. at Geresbk by the Ameer’s troops upon the followers of Ayoub Khan, further engagements have taken place between the two forces. In the «last encounter Ayoub’s adherents were completely defeated and put to rout, and have since fled from the neighborhood of Gereshb. It is now stated, however, that Ayoub Khan, with a considerable following, is leaving Krigsafed (sic Gurisafed ?), to reinforce is routed troops. PARIS, June 20. The Disturbances at Marseilles ~ Two hundred Italians were to-day arrested at Marseilles for having taken part in tho recent disturbance, ROME, June 20. Intense excitement prevails throughout Italy over the occurrences at Marseilles.
