ASSESSMENT COURT.

OHRISTOHUBOH. Tuesday, June 21. [Before his Honor Mr Justice Johnston and Messrs Mcllraith and Henderson, Assessors.] The Court opened at 11 a.m. BE CLAIM OF EOBEBT WILKIN. In this case a further adjournment was made till Thursday, 21st July next. Mr Harper stated that the case of the claim of Henry Lough had been settled out of Court. His Honor was very glad to hear it. The Court then adjourned till July 21st, when the point of law raised on the trial will bo decided by his Honor.
